General Information on T-shirt Sales in 2023
We anticipate only offering T-shirts by advance order in 2023. (In recent years this has been called Pre-Sales.) Orders may be placed online as well as in person at weekend Masses between July 1 and July 16.
The schedule for T-shirt sales and pick-up is
The schedule for T-shirt sales and pick-up is
- July 1: T-shirt sales start
- July 16: T-shirt sales end at 5 PM EDT
- August 12 & 13, 19 & 20 and 26 & 27: T-shirts available for pick-up at the church after all Masses
Styles: Adult, Ladies and Youth. The same size screen (12" x 12") will be used for all Styles and Sizes.
Prices: $10 for T-shirt in Youth style; $15 per Adult or Ladies style T-shirt in sizes SM to XL; $20 per Adult or Ladies style T-shirt in sizes 2XL and 3XL.
Payment: Payment must accompany the order.
Shirt Weight: The T-shirt weight will be the same 5.3 oz. weight that has been used since 2016 (except for 2022); it is a lighter weight than was used in 2022 and in 2015 and earlier years.
Standard Colors: The standard color choices are Ash, Azalea, Electric Green, Orange, Sky & White. All shirts in these 6 colors are 100% cotton.
Non-standard Colors: You may place a special order for T-shirts in any of the other colors offered by the vendor provided that you order 3 or more T-shirts of the same color.
Stencil Location: The default location for the stencil (logo) is on the front of the T-shirt. However, you may place a special order for an Adult or Ladies T-shirt in a standard color with the logo on the back instead of on the front at no extra cost.
Polo Shirts: Polo shirts are not offered in 2023. They were only offered in 2022 as part of our anniversary celebration of the 20th International Food and Music Festival.

There are 3 options for ordering and paying for T-shirts:
- Order and pay in person at a weekend Mass. This is the only option for placing special orders: for a T-shirt in a non-standard color or for a T-shirt with the stencil on the back.
- Order and pay online using the St. Eugene Online Giving portal.
- Order in person at a weekend Mass and then pay online using the St. Eugene Online Giving portal.
Please note the following
- Payment at a weekend Mass must be by cash or check; credit card orders cannot be taken at weekend Masses. If you are paying by cash at a weekend Mass, exact change would be appreciated.
- Payment using the St. Eugene Online Giving portal must be by credit card or bank transfer; cash or check payment cannot be made for online orders.
- To order and/or pay using the St. Eugene Online Giving portal click here and then look for the particular "Sale of Festival T-shirts ..." link relevant to your desired Style (Adult, Ladies or Youth).
- July 16 is the last day for orders and payment. Payment is required for your order to be accepted.

The following sizes are offered in 2023:
Adult (or Unisex) Sizes: SM, MD, LG, XL, 2XL, 3XL Ladies (or Womens) Sizes: SM, MD, LG, XL, 2XL, 3XL Youth Sizes: YSM, YMD, YLG, YXL See the "T-shirt Styles & Sizing" image for the measurements for each size. The measurements pertain to a T-shirt laid out flat on a table. The circumference of the shirt is twice the width measurement. Note that we are not offering 4XL and 5XL in Adult nor YX-SM in Youth.
